Main Equipment of ZMB Egg-tray Production Line
Model ZMB Shaping Machine
- Vertically elevating type, pneumatically driven, four-pillar
structure with stable and reliable performance;
- To be controlled with a programmable logic controller (PLC),
easy and convenient operations and having a high degree of automation;
- With optional sizes and specifications, Model ZMB-500 (2 work
positions with a work table size of 840×420mm for turning out
egg-trays 500pieces/hr); Model ZMB-750(3 work positions with a
work table size of 1260X420mm for turning out egg-trays 750pieces/hr)
and Model ZMB-1000 (4 work positions with a work table size of
1550×420mm for turning out egg-trays 1000pieces/hr);
- In addition to turning out egg-bedding and egg-trays, with the
production line it is not only possible to turn out various types
of packaging products e.g. the seedling pots and pulp molding
flower pots used for gardening, but also possible to turn out
the inner packing beddings for the industrial and electronic products,
and the largest size for the products to be turned out can be
500x1500x150mm.
- The wet intermediate products are transferred automatically
on the conveyor belt of the drying line, and the automation of
production line is realized.
- It is possible to design and fabricate the special-purpose
shaping machine according to the special requirements specified
by the clients.
Molds
A set of molds is made up of two parts, a pulp adsorbing mold (male
mode) and a transfer mold (female mode)
The main features of pulp adsorbing mold manufactured by our company
are as follows: forming a nice appearance of products, providing
a smooth flow of production process, being durable for a long service
life, in an assembled structure, and facilitating a convenient operation
and maintenance (replacing the mesh).
Our company has made a systematic and all-round development for
the egg-trays and egg beddings, and the molds used for egg beddings
holding 30 and 40 eggs and the molds used for egg trays holding
6, 10, 12 and 15 eggs are developed. For each type of products there
are three serialized sizes, 45, 47 and 50, the requirements of clients
can be satisfied completely.
Model ZMB-H Drying System
The drying system consists of three sections, i.e. the heater,
heat-exchanger and drying tunnel (chamber). It is possible to provide
coal-fired heater, oil-fired heater or gas-fired heater according
to the different fuel supplies. After the heat exchange with he
high-temperature hot flue gas output from the heater via the heat-exchanger,
the heated clean and dry air is directly delivered to the drying
tunnel (chamber). The moist air is exhausted from the tunnel via
the circulating moisture exhaust fan, and products are dried.
One end of the drying chamber is open and connected with the shaping
machine to allow the wet products shaped in the shaping machine
to be transferred to the drying tunnel directly. There is a multiple-layer,
self-propelled conveying belt inside the drying tunnel, and the
conveying belt is made up of several trays that are jointed. The
features of such design is that the automation of shaping and drying
process can be realized, resulting in a high efficiency and saving
space.
Advantages of such drying equipment: Economizing fuel oil (oil
consumption is 16-22kg/hr), high heat efficiency (up to 70%) and
full automatic control of the oil-fired and gas-fired heaters.
Pulper
Model ZDS-13 hydraulic pulper is a set of horizontal pulp preparation equipment suitable for separating the fibers, which can be used to treat various types of pulps in a continuous mode or in an intermittent mode. Model ZDS-13 hydraulic pulper is made up of the steel tank body, horizontally-mounted vane pulp-kneader, driving mechanism, residue extraction mechanism, etc.
Air Compressor
Model LGD-3.6/7-X air compressor is a motor-driven, stationary small screw compressor with low noise. It consists of the screw compressor proper, motor, oil/air separator, oil/air cooler, moisture separator, electrical control cabinet and air line, water line, oil line, regulation system, etc.
Vacuum Pump
Model ZBK-11A Roots Vacuum Pump is a vacuum pump directly venting
to the atmosphere. It is used for extraction dewatering of the shaping
machine. It has the advantages of low power consumption, long service
life, easy maintenance, stable operation, etc.
The vacuum-pumping fluid of Model ZBK-11A Roots Vacuum Pump can
either be the dry and moist air, or an air/moisture mixture. It
is also possible to connect several Model ZBK-11A pumps in parallel
for the operation.
