The development of pulp-molding technology
Our company is a company specialized in pulp-molding technology
and it is a first one in our country to make research and development
in the technology. It has the most strong strength and resources
in this field with complete series of varieties and the quality
of products increased continuously. Since establishing in 1988,
more than 20 excellent engineering technical personnel have worked
together for a long time to make the research and development in
the pulp-molding technology. Three models of pulp-molding shapers
i.e. Model ZXA, Model ZMB and Model ZSC, and the serialized pulp-molding
molds used for product series of egg bedding, bottle bedding, fruit
bedding, square-set cocooning tool, lunch box, instant noodle bowls,
etc., among which Model ZMB shaper has passed the national-level
appraisal and defined as a multi-purpose shaping molds to be introduced
at national level as key new product in 1993. It is the patent product
of our company. Our products have the features of reasonable design,
advanced technology, stable performance and convenient operation.
They are sold to 21 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions
in our country and exported to Russia, the Southeast Asia, the Gulf
Region, etc. and well received by the clients.
We have had 7 patents in the development of pulp-molding
technology:
